Pencil first.
Before a single pixel, the idea went down in pencil and red ink: the child bursting out of the globe, castles and the Eiffel Tower behind him, planes, books, clouds and a motion shape around him. Every element got a handwritten label, so nothing would get lost on the way to the final.
Hat 03AI direction
Sixteen flights, one pick.
Midjourney became the second sketchbook. Asif directed it through four rounds: a caped superhero, a little astronaut, a kid in a cape over the earth, and a boy bursting through fire. He picked the one with the most life in his face. Then the world got its own generation: a globe crowded with landmarks.
