The Piano Lounge
Ten singers, one quiet studio, one evening each. I designed the season’s visuals for Channel i, so every thumbnail, poster and cover felt like the same room.

01One template, five colours
Same room, a different light for everyone.
The Piano Lounge is Channel i’s music show, presented with Hatil and hosted by Manam Ahmed. Each episode gives one artist four of their best songs.
I kept one calm layout so the season reads as a single evening: the singer on the left, the logo on the right, the name set big underneath. Only the colour changes, so you can tell whose episode it is from across the feed.

Anatomy of a thumbnail
- Marks Hatil and Channel i, always top right.
- Logo The keys, the show name, the same spot every time.
- Credit One quiet line for the executive producer.
- Episode tag A small white label, so the number is never missed.
- Name Big, heavy and flush left. The face does the rest.
- Grade The one thing that changes: a colour for each singer.
02Four songs
Each song got its own thumbnail.
Every episode holds four songs, and each one is posted on its own. For Tahsan Khan’s episode the title becomes the song, with the singer’s name on a black strip underneath.

03For the feed
The same evening, in a square.
From the launch poster, “from 2 September on Channel i Music”, to a post for each episode, and one asking the audience who they want to see next.
04Covers
A cover for every guest.
The page changed with the season. A black panel for the logo, a grey gradient for the guests and one red stripe, so a new episode only meant a new pair of faces.
05On YouTube
One picture, cut for every screen.
YouTube shows the same channel art differently on each screen: all of it on a TV, a thin strip on a laptop, even less on a phone. So everything that matters sits in the small safe area in the middle.
