The brief
A workbook that wants to get messy.
Manusher Jonno Foundation needed a companion for its Youth Leadership Training: something young people would carry through every session, write in, and want to keep afterwards.
So I treated it less like a manual and more like a journal. Twenty exercises, from a letter to your future self to a map of your own community, with plenty of room left for the reader.

The signature exercise
Every problem has roots.
Start underground. Write down the causes nobody sees.
Name it. The core problem goes on the trunk.
Then look up. The effects are the branches everyone notices.

The colour guide
Warm paper, four loud markers.
The pages stay a soft cream dotted like a notebook, so a pencil feels welcome. Green, orange, blue and yellow do the guiding: a title here, a tag there, and a green page now and then to let the reader breathe.
